We had an amazing crew of 36 litter patrollers out today at Green Lake Park. They brought incredible energy to our community service project picking up lots of what we call “micro litter”. From hundreds of cigarette butts, pieces of plastic and general litter. They picked up at least 6 bags of litter from along the edge of the lake. Thanks to Seattle University -MBA program & UW Environmental Science Students. Special thanks to Issa & Conner fo helping me organize the crew. Please come out and join any Sunday. Together we are making a difference.
